Natally is top notch, I mean she's very knowledgable and knows when something isn't right, even if you feel like it's what you want. She had talked my husband and I off the ledge a few times. She's that voice of reasoning when you think something may not be doable but here she is saying "sure, you can do that." I like the fact that she's honest and down to earth. If something isn't right and she can say, she will tell you.
